When you find yourself threatening to find more reasons to put even more
citizens in jail in order to protect your revenue stream, it's maybe
time to take a step back and think about what you're doing.
Oh, they know what they're doing; and they don't want to be stopped.

I wonder when they arrest an armed robber these days if it's because they are doing their job or it's because they getting rid of the competition?
